How to Permanently Remove Blackheads

Remove Blackheads
Blackheads occur when there is an excessive amount of oil in the glands, called sebaceous glands, on the skin. They can affect people at any age and can occur anywhere on your body, but the most common areas are the nose, chin, cheeks, ears and back. Pimples often occur in groups or clusters bunched together.

A well balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle will help prevent the formation of acne. Hot and humid conditions, stress, hormonal factors, eating the right foods, drinking a lot of water, and certain oily products can aggravate pimples on your face. These zits are known to be stubborn and very hard to get rid of but it doesn’t mean that it is impossible. If you want to know how to remove blackheads, there are some effective blackhead remedies to try. • Apply a moisturizer on your skin that is oil free.
• Rub a lemon peel on your skin to help diminish the grease and remove the zit.
• Place a hot washcloth over your face for at least five minutes. Apply a cleansing cream and gently message the cream into you skin with your fingers.
• Try a facial paste with these ingredients. (One cup warm water; Teaspoon of Epsom salt and 4 drops of iodine) Mix until a thick paste is made. Apply to troubled areas with a saturated cotton ball and leave it on for about 5 minutes. Wipe off with a clean wet clothe.
• Crush 2 or 3 aspirin tablets with a spoon; add a few drops of water to make a paste. Apply to your face, being careful around the eyes and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
• Visit your dermatologist. Your doctor will recommend how to get rid of your zits effectively and safely.
